We invite our new students, and their parents, into our family. We live, laugh, strive, achieve, and grow together.
We have classes for kids from 4-11. We teach Tae Kwon Do for the first season of their martial arts career. But, we later teach Judo, Hapkido, Krav Maga, Kung Fu, and Karate techniques.
This is our core style. It is an easy to learn system, that develops the confidence, respect and discipline of beginner students.
Picking up from local elementary schools, our kids do a martial arts class Monday - Thursday. On Friday they get a day off from scheduled classes.
Our core style taught during the day for our large Home School community on 380 that need a physical activity that will build character and confidence.
We have several options for our adult students. If you are a parent, then you can train in the adult classes, with your child in their class, or both.
This class focuses on quick, easy, effective techniques that anyone can do to keep safe. No messing around, no combat techniques, just pure simple self defense.

This is not your typical cardio kickboxing class - it is like boot camp with a kick! We train a few amateur fighters that must be in TOP shape. All of our adult students get this level of training - even if you don't want to be a fighter.
