Traditional Martial Arts for Kids (7-11 years old, Adults (12 and up) and Families.
After School

Picking up from Brockett and Monaco Elementary Schools in the Aubrey ISD.
Daycare Pickup
We pickup your school age child from day care & they attend the 5:30 class on Mon and Wed. Parents pickup after class ends at 6:30 (or 6 for Pre-K and K).
Tigers Program

Classes are held once a week for 13 weeks in the Fall and Spring.

Krav Maga Self Defense

Krav Maga is a fighting system that focuses on how to defend yourself in real-life situations. Anyone can benefit from Krav Maga training, especially women. Krav Maga not only teaches you practical self-defense skills and techniques, but it also increases your fitness, strength, and confidence.
